Van was great. Hosts were accommodating even though pickup at MCO is not easy with having to use shuttles and off property lots. I would rent again, just not sure I’d choose Turo over the car rental companies in Orlando because of convenience factor of the ease from rental companies being right there at the airport.

The 2017 Ford Transit that we rented was nice, clean, and in very good condition. This vehicle is excellent on gas. Even with the high gas prices now, the Ford Transit ran a long ways before we had to refill on fuel. Mr. Isaiah is a very nice person with great customer service. The previous person I was renting from, vehicle was not ready at rental time. Mr Isaiah was there to save our trip!. Anyone needing a Transit vehicle, I highly recommend renting from Mr. Isaiah. I most definitely will rent from him again.

I rented a Ford Transit that can accommodate a large group. I often rent this type of vehicle from other hosts through Turo, but this particular van was especially clean and well-maintained. The location was also convenient—fairly close to LAX and near a large shopping mall, which made it easy to park my own car. I originally planned to rent it for two days but ended up changing it to just one day. While I understood there wouldn’t be a refund, the host kindly offered me a 15% off coupon instead. I’d love to rent from them again before the coupon expires.
First time renting on Turo and I'm glad it was such an awesome experience! Our host was easy to communicate with; he tried to be as helpful as he can with everything from drop off/pickup to getting bluetooth to work. We rented this Ford Transit cuz we needed to fit 10 people on a trip to Las Vegas - 7 adults and 3 kids (two with car seats). Not only did it fit all of us comfortably, but we had so much room in the trunk for luggage too! The car was in great condition, it actually came with tinted windows, unlike the picture shown. Great for privacy and when the majority of our party wanted to fall asleep on the long car ride home! Lol. The inside was clean and very comfy. This might be helpful for people debating on renting from Turo or a regular rental car location - renting a car like this (Ford Transit) was about $500 cheaper than when I searched on car rental spots (even Costco), but a lot of personal car insurance companies won't cover ride sharing services like Turo, so you have to factor in buying their insurance. For me, the price with the additional insurance was still way cheaper than renting it from car rental spots, so we went with Turo. Hope this helps!
Great van for a multi family vacation! Super easy pick up at the airport, much quicker than PHX car rental counter
Eugenia was very pleasant as her assistant Gian was as well!!! They really helped us out! When the host we had booked with 3 weeks prior, cancelled the same hour we landed in fort lauderdale. Apparently, the previous person renting the truck had not yet brought it back! We were a group of 11 people with NO vehicule for the next 4 days stranded at the airport for over 2 hours completely lost, travelling with young children in a foreign city. We were put in contact with Eugenia after contacting someone at Turo, we told her the pickle we were in and needless to say Eugenia was there for us and sent her assistant Gian to deliver a superrrrr clean full tank of gas van for myself and 10 of my family members in less than 30mins! We are very greatful that they made a very stressful moment into a memorable one for our trip! They met us directly at the fort lauderdale hollywood airport and 4 days later we dropped off the car at port everglades for us to very easily make our way to our cruise stress free!!! Thanks again! You guys saved us alot of money on separated uber rides(as we were 11 1 ride would never be enough). It isnt easy to find a van for that many people for a fair price!! Is there unlimited mileage car rental on Turo?
Some hosts offer unlimited distance for a trip; others set a daily distance limit — you’ll need to check on each rental car individually to see if this service is provided. On the vehicle pages, you’ll see the total miles or kilometres you’re allowed to drive under the heading “Distance included.” You can find cars offering unlimited mileage with every trip by using the “Unlimited distance” filter.
Can other people drive the car that I rented?
Yes, multiple guests can drive the car you rent on Turo, as long as they are all approved to drive. The primary driver (whoever rented the car) can add additional drivers with no fees or additional charges. Only the primary driver can request to add drivers; Turo hosts cannot do it for you. We encourage you to request to add additional drivers before your trip starts, though guests can request to add a driver while a trip is in progress.
To speed up the process, have your additional driver create a Turo account and get approved to drive before you request to add them. All drivers must have a valid driver’s license and meet the age requirements for the car you’ve booked. You can request to add drivers via the “Trips” tab in the Turo app without additional driver charges or extra costs.
What is the cancellation policy for guests on Turo?
You can cancel and get a full refund up to 24 hours before your trip starts, unless you opt to receive a non-refundable trip discount when you book. If you book a trip with less than 24 hours’ notice, you have one hour after booking to cancel free of charge. If you cancel after the free cancellation period ends, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
In the rare event a host cancels, you’ll be notified immediately so you can book another car, or we’ll help you find one. Your refund can be temporarily held to expedite rebooking, or the funds can be returned to your bank account — your choice.
