Great communication and great car. We had 9 passengers with 4 checked bags and 2 car seats and the car is very roomy and could have fit more luggage. Car was also in excellent condition and was great for us to explore Banff
One important note - pay attention to where you are picking up the car from. I searched pickup from YYC in the Turo app but didn’t realize I had to go to the host’s house. I think this is more about the UX of the Turo app than anything Kin did, he was very understanding and explained the different options I had. We ended up paying more to drop it off at the airport which Kin guided me on how to do that.
