I was so happy with the whole turo process and dealing with Vito. Vito was easy, pleasant and prompt to deal with. Made pick up and delivery so seamless it makes a joke of the normal time consuming/ frustrating airport car hire process. His chev suburban was in great condition and made our journey a pleasure. Everything worked perfectly and despite a long journey along powder hwy BC from calgary in harsh winter conditions we were all very comfortable. Vito fitted snow tires and a ski rack at no cost which was a big cost saving for us as well as significant convenience. Multiple drivers with turo is also at no extra cost. A great experience thankyou Vito and turo.
