The wonderful experience begins with the host. Before getting the vehicle our host Ghassan had us off to a great start. She was so responsive and offered multiple options when I screwed up drop off and pick up (thought I had done it to be at the AIRPORT!! But I indeed had not). She was the best and I’m very, very grateful.
