The car itself was in good condition, but the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. The pickup time was changed the night before, and then changed again on the day of the reservation. Shortly after, the host canceled the booking altogether, and I was still charged more than half of the original price.
Because of the cancellation, I had to make a new reservation at a significantly higher cost. The host initially said they would help resolve the situation, given that the changes and cancellation were on their end, but I never heard back and did not receive a full refund.
In hindsight, I should have booked with a different host as soon as the reservation was canceled. The lack of communication and accountability made this a very negative experience. While the car itself was fine, I would not feel comfortable recommending this host.

Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify that on the pickup day, you arrived over 3 hours late despite several calls. At return, the vehicle was also brought back more than 8 hours late, with no additional charges applied on my side. I always tried to remain flexible and accommodating. I’m sorry your experience did not meet your expectations.
