Livraison et reprise à l'heure convenue, contact courtois et efficace. Il restait quelques déchets dans le véhicule et des traces de breuvages séchées, mais la camionette était propre dans son ensemble et tous les sièges utilisables se rétractaient et se repositionnaient très facilement. Bien entretenu somme toute pour un véhicule de 13 ans.

Very disappointing experience with this Turo host. The car clearly was not properly maintained — the AC was not working at all, and there was a very loud bearing noise coming from the vehicle that made it feel unsafe to drive. Instead of addressing the issue responsibly, the host kept pushing me to continue driving the car despite the obvious mechanical problems.
Overall, it also felt like the host was more focused on getting paid than on safety or customer concern, which was very frustrating given the condition of the vehicle. Safety should always come first, and I did not feel comfortable using this car under those conditions. I would not recommend renting from this host unless they seriously improve their vehicle maintenance and customer care.
