I am incredibly grateful I rented from LYL Auto. I would never have gotten such excellent service from any major rental company. I had delayed flights, both overnight, to and from Montreal and LYL Auto was incredibly understanding and accommodating. Yves went above and beyond. My trip to Montreal was to bury my grandparents. Yves made the difficult trip better. Human kindness does matter. Thank you so much Yves for everything.
