We had a fantastic experience renting Mark’s Jeep for our trip to Banff! The Jeep was exactly what we needed for exploring the Canadian Rockies—clean, comfortable, reliable, and perfect for all the driving and sightseeing we did. Mark was a great host and made the entire rental process incredibly easy. Communication was excellent, instructions were clear, and everything from pickup to drop-off went smoothly. Having the Jeep honestly made our Banff trip even better, especially for driving through the mountains and exploring places like the Icefields Parkway. Harry was an outstanding host from start to finish and made our Canadian Rockies road trip stress free. Communication was excellent throughout, and pickup and drop off were both easy and hassle free. The Jeep Wrangler was in immaculate condition, extremely clean, like it had been professionally detailed and an absolute dream to drive. He went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like complimentary drinks and bear spray (which we still needed to buy) for the trip, and he was full of great local tips on things to do and see along the way. The Jeep itself was a blast to drive through the Rockies and handled the trip perfectly. The car has all the features you need, lots of space, heated seats, Bluetooth, he had added a cable as well and a phone stand. Harry also gave helpful return instructions, including where to stop for a refuel on the way back, which made the whole process smooth. Honestly, it felt like way more than just a car hire, Harry made the whole experience feel personal and well looked after. He even greeted us when we picked up the car and spent time chatting to us about the car and our trip. We had the best time and would 100% recommend Harry and the Jeep!! Would definitely book with him again. Great experience all around!
The Jeep was nice and clean and in top operating condition when we picked it up. The host was also very responsive throughout our trip, aptly addressing all of our questions and concerns throughout, especially with it being our first rental through the Turo app. The drop-off process was also smooth. Mark and Don are great hosts! They respond promptly. The jeep is in great condition - they take good care of their vehicle and make sure everything is working. Pick up at the airport was so easy. Mark went above and beyond with regards to familiarizing me with the vehicle. The jeep took us to great adventures in Banff. Drop off at the airport was equally easy and convenient. This is most definitely better than old school car rental companies.
