The Jeep Wrangler was in great condition and drove very smoothly. Mark went above and beyond by providing water, a snow scraper, and heat packs, which was incredibly thoughtful. He even met us at the airport for added convenience, even though our rental pickup/drop off location was somewhere else. Excellent communication and overall a fantastic rental experience. We received compliments on the vehicle everywhere we went! Highly recommended!
