literally best car rental experience ever. first time on turo so i was a little skeptical, but this host made it so easy and stress free. i’m sad i have to give the jeep back and head home 😩 will definitely be renting from them in the future! would give 10 stars if i could!

The jeep was great, super clean! Sophia was a great host, gave thorough information for pick up. Also with having kids it was nice to have the car seats available so we didn’t have to travel with ours! Would definitely rent again!

The host is super amazing. After having issues with the vehicle I first wanted to rent. She was able to help me in getting something better. Transition was very simple, very helpful. Great experience! The car was clean, spacious, and perfect for helping my daughter move into her college dorm. There was plenty of room for all of her belongings, which made move-in so much easier. I also really appreciated that the host offered a child seat for my toddler such a thoughtful and convenient touch. Everything went smoothly. Definitely a 5-star experience and I would rent again!

The car was great, i loved it! I however did not like having to pay for the $22 of parking fee when i picked up the car. That bought my total from $74 to $96 when i initially was interested in the car because of the low daily rate that was advertised. It would have been better to price the car at $96 and say “parking fee included”.

Great experience and great instructions on how to get to the vehicle. Very clean car as well, when in Tampa I WILL rent from them again!

We had an excellent experience with Sofía’s Jeep. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and clear with all the information from the very beginning, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The vehicle is in great condition and absolutely worth the price. It drives very smoothly, feels stable and comfortable on the road, and has an excellent sound system that made the trip even more enjoyable. My wife and I truly enjoyed it to the fullest. We will definitely rent this Jeep again from Sofía the next time we’re in Tampa. Highly recommended!

I love the Jeep. It was good on gas. Only thing I didn’t like about it was that a lot of people must rent it for the beach because of how much sand that was in the car but other than that, I love it..

It was hard to find the car and the app was showing car not returned 40 min after it was returned. That’s isn’t the host fault though. I absolutely loved the jeep during my trip. It was clean and tank was almost full. I’d definitely rent again in the future
