The car arrived immaculately detailed, he met me at the airport after my previous corvette reservation was canceled by the host 3 hours before pickup (that was the white convertible corvette also available in this same area, be weary of that guy and rent from Melbis instead), which Melbis stepped in last minute and allowed me to get his instead.
I highly recommend this host for an exceptional luxury car rental experience.

This rental process was very easy, pick-up was very convenient, rental price was competitive, and the tech support provided, even in the mountains of North Carolina with extremely poor reception, after the key fob was damaged due to my fault made this whole experience the best that I had ever had with a car rental company.
From accommodating a last minute reservation with incredibly easy and smooth pick up and drop off, working with John was wonderful.
The car is clean and brand new and with the new electrical car from Mercedes, the driving is fun.
Francisco was extremely flexible with the reservation and allowed a last min change to extend an extra day.
