BEST CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER! AMAZING TURO EXPERIENCE AS A FIRST TIME USER! Tomas and his team provided excellent service during the entire rental process. They were prompt and informative with all communications. The vehicle was spotless both inside and out and had a pleasant freshly cleaned scent. The gas tank was full upon arrival to make starting my trip easy. The check in (and check out) process was easy. The ride was smooth. I felt like I was in a brand new car from a dealership, not a rental. I rented this car because I wanted to get a thorough test drive of a Kia Soul which I am considering purchasing to replace my very old car. It surpassed all of my expectations. Driving was smooth and comfortable on highway and local roads. When it was time to return the car, I honestly did not want to get back in my old car LOL. If you need to rent a car for any reason, choose Tomas and his team for the best customer service experience ever! You will feel like his only customer and receive prompt help if needed, not like those other places that have too many customers to handle making you feel like just a number. I would ABSOLUTELY rent from Tomas again if needed and recommend him to all of my friends and family.

Moniqa was the perfect host, friendly and organized. Pick-up and drop-off went without a hitch. We purposely rent Kia soul's because they are the perfect island car. I needed a car to rent while I was looking for a new one to buy. The traditional route was quite pricey. I had never heard of this app, and a friend suggest I check it out. I came across the listing. It's your typical no non sense kia soul. Point A to B goer. The price was good, so I decided to rent It from Moe. The car when I picked it up was clean, and ran fine. The mileage with the car rental was more than needed, and I needed to extend the rental at the last minute due to personal conflicts, and he was more than accommodating. He was able to keep me in the rental despite having all of their cars already pretty much booked out. He definitely didn't need to accommodate, and he did, and I'm forever grateful of that because it's stressful enough trying to pick up a new car. I will definitely use their services again in the future if I find myself needing a set of wheels to rent. Moe, you rock man. Thank you again!

The host, the car, and the whole Turo experience was 10/10. The price was fantastic and the whole experience was seamless. We had weird hours we wanted to leave and return the car that would not have worked with a car rental agency, but Angel and Turo made the whole process easy and seamless. I’m a bigger guy so I was worried about how comfortable the car would be and it was perfect. The great ride made our whole vacation possible and comfortable. I really appreciated the vehicles safety features too!

Evgeny was extremely communicative, detail-oriented, and attentive - all the way from before my trip even started to after it ended. I especially appreciated how clean every nitty-gritty part of this car came in, including the driving wheel since many rental owners tend to forget about it. When I was running into parking issues on my return, Evgeny was ultra understanding with support as quick as lightening bolt. I got a chance to meet the courteous gentleman in person shortly after the rental return, which further proved how much personal care he puts in maintaining his Kia Soul. I had a lovely time renting this car and hope to rent again in the near future as this is now definitely one of my favorites on Turo. Thank you!

It was half the price of the big name car rental companies. Travis was responsive when we had questions. The car was as described and worked perfectly for our trip. Knowing that we had plenty of miles included with the rental was a relief. I would definitely rent from Travis again.

After driving this Kia Carnival, all of us want to purchase one. The car was smooth and beautiful! It felt and looked brand new! If you’re wondering if you should rent a minivan or a Carnival , the Carnival did a better job of carrying all of us, including two children, and large luggage without feeling crowded. This was confirmed at an airport pick up, where a minivan was used at our final destination. Ric was amazing! Communication was stellar. We had an early get up and we’re running behind and he met us at the departure sidewalk. Our return could not have been easier! He went the extra mile and checked inside the airport to tell us about wait times and security crowds. In 61 years of renting vehicles, I’ve never had the person I leased from or the company I leased from, anticipate my needs. After a very exhausting eight day Disney trip, it was exactly what we needed! When we returned to Orlando, we’re gonna rent again from Ric!

I recommend renting this Kia Soul from the host Stephen. Stephen was really professional and made the car rental process like super easy. He was good at communicating and replying back right away, and the car was extremely good on gas and held up better than I expected!
