Car was there on time and easy to find but had an issue with the emergency brake sensor from the start with a loud beeping we couldn’t stop and was very distracting and annoying. Ahmed was courteous and prompt and did his best to try to get us a replacement car but was unsuccessful, so we were forced to cancel and rebook with another Turo provider last minute.

The car had a sensor malfunction it’s been now changed and inspected. The car parking brake is working perfectly now.
