I am sooooo impressed with this rental. Our original plans fell apart at literally the 11th hour (11pm). Turo searched for a replacement. They called Ali and he picked up the call in the middle of the night and accepted our request to pick up the car at 4am!!!!! He was extremely accommodating and had the car ready, cleaned & full tank of gas within hours! The minivan was in great shape and gave us absolutely no problems. We had a great ride and wonderful trip. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend Ali to anyone looking for a vehicle!!!!! Please do not hesitate to book with him as he is honest, honourable and very kind. I am soo grateful!!! I am happy to add him to my book of friends now!!
