Amazing! Super good service. All day long timely answers. A lot of flexibility for many changes we had due to our flight cancellation.

The refund was generous but the communication was tiring.
I appreciate your feedback , but the issue was you damaged the wheel and the tire as attached in the trip photos.
I tried to help you as much as I can but you were far away and I had to call Turo to tow the car back to me after using the car for six days which it confirm that the car was in perfect condition and had no issue.
