Absolutely fantastic experience with Chris. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire rental. What really stood out was how available he made himself — whenever I needed something, had a question, or needed help with the van, he was always quick to respond and went out of his way to make things as easy as possible.
The whole rental process was smooth and stress-free, largely thanks to Chris and the level of service he provided. He was flexible, reliable, and genuinely willing to help at every point, which made a huge difference.

Chris was great, so helpful and responsive. The van worked very well for my move; and it was such a relief not to have to think about Ulez or congestion zone charges. I've hired a lot of vans over the years and this was my best experience yet. It was also cheaper than comparable vans from big-name rental companies.
