Poor attitude and customer service.
Van takes 4 hours plus to charge. Save yourself the headache and don't bother.

Very helpful host. Van would be excellent for very local trips with charging overnight. The host did make me aware of the slow charging. I hadn't realised the impact on my time this would have on daytime usage driving across London, and how few (working) type 2 chargers there are. It turned out not to be the right vehicle for what I needed to do, but for anything very local I'm sure it would be ideal.

There’s not flexibility for the time range, I rent this from 10:00am - 7:00pm. The lady told me I have to stick on the schedule at start time and end time.
I thought it was okay to borrow and return it whenever I wanted as long as it was within the time limit.
However this lady didn’t allow me this because the car was not sitting the place all the time where the app shows.
I got a call from lady after 10pm threatening to not lend it to me if I didn't come and pick it up right away.
This is entirely for her own convenience and has nothing to do with me.
