I originally booked another car, there were some issues with that one and the host was very quick and efficient with getting a replacement which was a relief bc I had a long upcoming trip. Anywho, this vehicle drove from point A to point B with no issues. The only thing I wasn’t a big fan of was the fact that you could feel any and every bump in your steering wheel but especially when making wide turns. And the traction control isn’t the greatest when driving through rain.

Even though the first car was perfect, I was happy to provide a replacement. Will remember not to go out of my way to help someone next time. Both cars rented by you have a 100% rating. Nevertheless, I am glad you had a comfortable trip. Will make sure to provide a much better experience next time.
