Car was not half clean upon pick up and the battery did not last long. Host was good, but the battery draining at an accelerated speed made it difficult to enjoy.

The vehicle was fully detailed, steam-cleaned, ozone sanitized, and washed prior to pickup, consistent with the preparation reflected in my many 5-star reviews.
This trip occurred during one of the coldest weekends in Charlotte. As with all EVs, cold temperatures can temporarily reduce range. I remain committed to delivering a premium experience for every guest.

No smoking allowed
