I had a great experience with renting off this host. The car was very clean, and the pick-up and drop-off process was nice and easy.
James was very pleasant to deal with and made everything smooth from start to finish. I also really appreciated the basket of snacks — such a thoughtful and lovely gesture. Would definitely recommend!

We rented the car for a 4 day trip in the Lakes District for 4 adults. Easy pick up instructions, car was in great condition and complimentary treats inside for us. James made sure to include a charger that matched my phone and had a phone mount. Car was really nice to drive and had all the bells and whistles which made driving in rural areas and cities very easy to manage. The car was great on gas; we did so much driving and barely made a dent in the tank.
Communication with James was great throughout.
Made our weekend easy and smooth. Highly recommend!!

James was responsive, helpful, and great to work with. The car was ready on time, spotlessly clean, and well maintained. I had no issues at all. He also left complimentary snack baskets, which was a nice touch. The car is fully automatic, which made getting around much easier. Thanks, James. I’ll definitely rent from him again.
