a) Smoking is not allowed. Cleaning and administration charges apply. 250 pounds fine will be applied if I found any smell. b)Need to return the Car on time. I dont mind rental extension but it has to be through Turo Systems and has to be on exact time, otherwise you have to return the car. Returning the car late will incurred additional fine followed by account restriction. c) Drivers are responsible for replacing any fuel used. Refueling and administration charges apply. Car will not come with full tank of fuel. d) Only driver(s) named in the booking agreement can drive this car. E) clean the car when inside out when you return unless you paid the post trip cleaning charge. Otherwise cleaning charge will be applied if the car is not clean. Only applicable for Heathrow airport pick up: Heathrow parking will be charged from the customer unless it is a long booking. I will hand over the parking ticket while handing over the key. Heathrow parking cost 30 mins 5.40 pounds 1 hours 7.20 pounds

Car quality is very poor
Once confirmed and picked up the car,host messaged to warn not exceed 50mph as there's a risk of breakdown!
Remote key is broken and risk of losing,
Driving seat unadjustable as all controls are broken
NOT suitable for a long journey
Host need to maintain the car well if it is used for renting
I booked the car for a long journey but had to cancel and only done 75miles out of 400!

What a service! Apprehensive at first but Imran delivered the goods. Communication was on point, the car was where he said it would be after our 13h flight, and we dropped it off at Heathrow again with no hassel. The car was in great condition and drove well over 1,000 miles for a great memorable family holiday back in the UK. We'll be back next year.
