Problem with the car, out of Matt’s control, he did all he could replacing car while it was fixed. First time with Turo, will use again.

Thanks Simon, I’m glad we could use our large fleet to provide an alternative whilst the Tesla was repaired, and once fixed swap you back.
That’s one of the benefits of choosing my cars - as a power host with 25+ cars we can always provide an alternative. Smaller hosts would have to cancel in these situations unfortunately.

This car was absolutely amazing and took great care of our family while we were settling and relocating to England. Our host, Matt, was incredibly gracious, kind and made the entire trip easy to get the car, to return it and all throughout thanks to his extra friendliness. We are so thankful for this trip and all that it provided for our family. Could not more highly recommend Matt and this amazing vehicle!
