Tega was fantastic throughout. Super quick and clear on the comms and went the extra mile after I left something in the car. The car was great - no issues whatsoever and would definitely rent again.

Overall, my experience with this Turo rental was mixed. The host was friendly and responsive. Pickup was straightforward and the location was convenient, which made the start of the trip smooth.
However, there were issues with the vehicle. One tyre went flat during the rental, and after visiting two different mechanics, it turned out that neither of the rear tyres were roadworthy. I had to use the spare tyre to make it home, which was stressful and inconvenient.
To the host’s credit, Tega covered the costs on the day of return, which I appreciated. Still, the condition of the tyres should have been checked beforehand to avoid this situation.
