Car was great, but customer service was terrible as prior to booking he knew there would be 6ppl plus luggage but demanded the two out of 6 of us take an Uber which cost us £120 … was not happy at all with that.
Disappointing you rated 1 start david, you were trying to squeeze your oversized luggage into a brand new car and damaging the vehicle in the process. Just because you didn’t want to spend money to-take a cab to hotel with the enormous amount of luggage you had and 6 people. You hired a car, not a minibus.
