I had a really positive experience renting this car and was very happy with the service provided.
The pick-up location was easy to find, and everything was explained to us properly when we collected the car. The car itself was handed over in a very clean condition and with a full tank of petrol.
We did have an issue the following morning where we accidentally locked the keys inside the car. This was completely our mistake, but the owner was incredibly helpful and understanding. He actually took an Uber to come to us and unlock the car, and at no point made us feel like it was an inconvenience. I transferred him the cost of the Uber as it was only fair given that the mistake was on my part. I really appreciated how accommodating and helpful he was.
I would definitely advise anyone renting the car to return it in the same clean condition it was provided in, either by cleaning it yourself or having it cleaned beforehand. Unfortunately, because I was travelling with young children, I didn’t get the opportunity to do this before returning it, so I privately transferred £15 towards the cleaning rather than having the matter raised through the app, where the charge could potentially have been higher.
The car was provided with a full tank of petrol, which lasted us a really good amount of time, and I made sure to refuel it back to the same level before returning it.
Overall, I was a very satisfied customer and genuinely happy with the whole experience. The owner was friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for him.

Honestly, my best Turo experience so far. The car was squeaky clean, perfect to drive and the adaptive cruise control was a breeze. The host is very helpful, guided me very well on event traffic day and was very flexible. Definitely recommended.
