Host was incredibly rude - literally swearing at me in the street - and delivered the car with a nearly empty tank. Heated seats are broken, sits super low on suspension that has an odd shake on the highway. Highly unprofessional and thoroughly unpleasant, would not recommend.
Thank you for your review. I take professionalism seriously and want to clarify. This booking included drop-off and collection, which I completed as agreed. The vehicle was returned with windscreen damage from the trip and almost no fuel. When I politely raised this, the conversation became confrontational. I always provide clean, well-maintained cars, stand by my service, and my other reviews reflect positive guest experiences. I just expect the same care and courtesy in return from all guest.
