Great rental experience from start to finish; the pickup was smooth as easy, they were very accommodating despite, the car is clean, smooth and comfortable, drives well, no issues at all; it is well maintained. There is enough support from the team incase you need any help as well.

The overall experience was disappointing. The car did not feel right to drive—it was unstable, wobbly, and there was clearly something mechanically off, which made the trip less comfortable and reduced my confidence in the vehicle.
The host was also very strict with additional charges, and it felt like almost everything came with an extra fee. While they were flexible enough to let me return the car earlier than originally booked, that flexibility was only available for an additional charge.
One thing that was particularly frustrating was the pickup location. The listing appeared to be in East London when I was browsing and booking. However, after the reservation was confirmed, there was no clear pickup address—only contact details. I only later found out that the car was actually located near Heathrow, which was a significant inconvenience and not what I had expected when making the booking.

As an experienced host, you should know that Turo manages all delivery and location charges.
We also didn't charge you for 50 additional miles on your trip. The vehicle was provided clean, sanitised & the driving data shows aggressive driving. Please note this is hybrid comfort SUV, not sports car.
Changing the return location may incur additional charges. On longer bookings we would have been flexible.
