The car is in good condition with some small scratches on rims and car body.
Faruk delivered the car on time and arrived for collection half an hour before the end of the trip.
The car was not fully charged at the beginning of the trip and I had to charge it in the first day.
At the check out Faruk asked me to fully valet the car which is a bit unusual. Here is the quote of his message: “In preparation for your drop off today please ensure car is returned fully cleaned/ valeted.” I checked that Turo rules allow some reasonable dust on it so I actually don’t need to fully clean the car before checkout as the cleaning between trips is included in the price. Nevertheless Faruk asked for compensation that the car was not valeted. I agreed to do it via a Turo claim and he changed his mind
Faruk is very meticulous. We spent 20-30 minutes validating each scratch on the car body. It’s unusual for me as I usually take pictures and just hand over the key to the host. I have no idea why it could not be done without me. At the end he found a small scratch which he claimed as a new one. As I had no incidents during the trip I could not believe it was me. Check-in photos were not very helpful as the scratch is very small. Again I agreed to settle down this issue via a Turo claim and again Faruk changed his mind.
To sum up for the future drivers. The car itself is fine but be ready to defend yourself from extra charges

For context, car was delivered fully valeted & was returned uncleaned, with visible dog hair inside and mud on the exterior. I arrived a little earlier & waited nearby until you were ready for handover, with no pressure at all.
Points raised at return were discussed openly, & no cleaning fees, damage claims, or extra charges were applied. I always aim to be fair, transparent, & respectful, and I value clear communication with guests. Thank you for booking
