The car was brilliant. Lovely and clean and ran well. Comfortable and economical. Unfortunately, the Communication from the host both prior to the trip commencing and on departure was far from satisfactory. The host did not reply to multiple messages prior to the trip. And then on checkout he did not arrive at the airport at the agreed time and was unable to be contacted. Although the car was fantastic, the lack of communication made the whole trip tricky. Especially due to our checkout being at an airport leaving us very short of time to get through security.
