Hansel was very attentive with my queries

Everything perfect with the car !
Hansel is very reactive, excellent communication during the whole trip.

The vehicle key was not in the place as listed in the description.
The vehicle itself was not large enough for 6 people and the luggage. I would say this would be good for 4 people and their luggage. We also had the add on rooftop car carrier and still wasn’t enough room.
The car had a shake in the steering wheel that was concerning, as we found out about a week in the shake was due to the front tires being bad. We became stranded overnight, waiting for a roadside company to come. When they arrived the vehicle was deemed unsafe to drive. The wear on the tires were due to poor maintenance on the vehicle which was declared by the roadside company. We had to wait until a shop opened up in order to carry on with our trip, we paid to have tires put on the vehicle , so that the remainder of our trip wasn’t a bust. I had a bit of frustration while speaking with the host on the phone, he stated that the damaged tires were not the ones on the vehicle when I picked it up. Which is absurd, the tires themselves were locked on, as I went to shop to get new ones , the tire technician could not get the tires off and I had to message the host in order to find the key to get them off.
All in all this was a frustrating interaction, we had to cancel certain plans we had and pay to have some of our group return to Airbnb by black cab. The host did state they would pay for half the cost of the replacement tires , however this was due to poor maintenance on the vehicle and not any fault of mine . So, I declined and decided to take it up with Turo.
