The car was in decent condition. Hansel was SO kind. The instructions were clear and the vehicle operated without issue. There might have been an issue with the fuel gage but unclear on that. It could have been due to parking at an angle. Anyway, thankful for the use of the vehicle and it achieved its purpose.

I booked this car for a road trip, but I did not feel safe driving around Scotland. The tires were bald and had little traction on the wet and icy roads. The backup camera was extremely blurry even after we tried cleaning it. The car pulled to the left and had difficulty staying straight. It was also strange that the car would shake in idle There is also no spare tire, and the pump to inflate air would be useless if one of the bald tires blew while driving. The transmission felt like it had trouble shifting as well. Finally, the fuel gauge was off. I fueled up all the way, and 60 miles later, it was at quarter tank.
Dear Jacob, I was surprised to hear that as you didn't mention any issues, during or after your trip. The car was inspected a day or so before your trip, this resulted in a new tyre being fitted repair of a cracked alloy, replacement wipers, bulbs and fluids. A copy of the invoice has been added to the listing. The 3 remaining tyres, though not new, were not bald. All weather tyres are standard in the UK and drivers adapt driving style according to weather and road conditions. Best wishes
