The trip went perfectly! On the morning of Monday, 20th October, the Turo app was unfortunately down, which had me quite stressed since I needed the car for an important trip. However, J C. Acc went above and beyond — he kept me calm, updated, and reassured every step of the way. His communication was excellent, and his professionalism made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate everything he did and offered; it really helped me stay relaxed. The car was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. Highly recommend renting from him — outstanding host!
