Had a great experience renting from Aadil (host). Communication was excellent from start to finish. The car was exactly as described, clean, and well looked after. Would definitely rent from them again and recommend them to others.

The host basically tossed me the keys, but when I asked about 1/4 tank of gas, he said just return it the same as he walked away. As we left the parking lot, it was raining and upon trying the windshield wiper-they were broken. We barely made it 10 miles to Windsor. After spending 6 hours on the phone trying to get road side assistance, we tried to move the car for them to have better access and the check engine/battery light comes on. When maintenance got there he said it should not be driven far, but the host insisted that he could not come 10 miles to get his car. He insisted we drive it to a garage near the airport. The maintenance worker kindly said he would follow me. Luckily he did because car broke done in busy intersection in a not great section of town. We had reservations 100 miles away so we had to find another rental and didn’t arrive until 10:30pm. After all this the host insisted we come back to London to get his car. After pushing Turo, they gave us a partial refund but charged us $380 for 10 miles of usage and about 10 hours of aggregation. No one should ever use this host again. He should be banned from Turo. We also are not very pleased with Turo and will not use them again. The cost savings is great but if you have car trouble you may have no easy solution like you would with rental company.
