Adil was very friendly and prompt in responding. to all the queries prior to collecting the car. He was very accommodating and flexible with the timings of collection and dropping of the car. When I picked up the car it was very clean from inside. It was a little dirty from outside but not a major issue because I easily used a wet microfibre cloth which did the trick.
The car did have some minor dents and scratches which were understandable looking at the age of the car. Adil had uploaded the photos And I did the same at the time of collection.
When coming back I got stuck in very heavy traffic and Adil was very under stable and allowed us to return the car later than the dropping off time.
Overall the car was value for money.and my family and I were happy with the car and Adil’s service.

The host was really kind as we informed them that we were running a bit late to drop off the car, and they understood our point and were super flexible.

I couldn't enjoying driving as vehicle gave me lots of stress with messages like
Washer water low
Break pads worned
Vehicle with limited performance ( there was not sufficient pick up to climb a little upward slope.
Moreover, key was not working. Also, this vehicle is not a 7 seater as shown.
