Fraudsters! Stay away.
The car was delivered to me 2 hours and 45 mins late. And they also turned up 30 mins late for the return. No apology or compensation offered for either delay.
They then had the cheek, after I handed the keys back to them IN PERSON, to place the keys in the car, take a photo of that and then claim that I left the car unlocked with the keys in the car!! So that they could fraudulently charge me an "incorrect return" fee!
Turo were no help either because they relied on the fraudulent photo of the keys in the car - ignoring the fact that the photo was uploaded 2 days after the return date.
I will get my money back because I paid with a reputed credit card with whom I have a clear track record. But Turo should delist these cowboys, to protect their reputation and their guests.
