We had very bad experience, car didn't not start and owner is not responsible in help us . He didn't not pick up the phone. He just shared the road assistance number we had to wait for 3 hours in parking area with 3 children. Once road assistance arrived around 8 pm we jump started the car and confirmed this car is not fit to drive for vacation. We ended up looking for other rental car . Turo customer service was responsible they tried to help a bit with long calls with them . Thanks
