Melissa was absolutely brilliant from beginning to end. I booked her Audi Q5, and the whole experience was smooth, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. The car itself was in excellent condition, clean, comfortable, and lovely to drive.
What stood out most was Melissa’s service. She was very informative, clear, thoughtful, and always available if I had any questions. It honestly felt like a family member was kindly letting me use their car rather than just being treated like another customer.
The car was provided with a full tank, which I really appreciated, especially as some hosts treat that as an extra option. Pick-up and drop-off were both straightforward and stress-free, and everything was handled professionally.
I would happily book with Melissa again and would highly recommend her and the Audi Q5 to anyone looking for a great car with an even better host.
