This was the first time I used Turo and I loved the simplicity of paying for the rental, the best low cost, clean, well-maintained and easily found the vehicle by using the Turo app along with being able to text the owner if needed. I was able to pick the type of vehicle near me to rent. The vehicle was simple, hassle free to pick up and return. I met the host and they were professional, friendly and I will only use Turo when renting again. Love this concept and the price!

Just wrapped up an amazing experience renting this Range Rover and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. The vehicle was absolutely spotless, drove like a dream, and turned heads everywhere we went. Smooth ride, luxury feel, and incredibly comfortable whether cruising around town or taking longer trips. The entire rental process was easy, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. You can tell the owner really takes pride in keeping the vehicle in top condition. Without question, I’ll definitely be renting this Range Rover again in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury SUV experience done the right way at a affordable price.

This was easily one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. The red Tesla Model Y with the beautiful white interior was absolutely stunning, spotless, fresh, comfortable, and a joy to drive. The car felt premium in every way, and having Full Self-Driving included at no extra cost made the experience even more special. For the price, this is an incredible value and honestly much better than my usual Avis, Enterprise, or other traditional rental bookings. Jay and Kam were outstanding hosts. They delivered the car before the scheduled time, made the pickup and return completely smooth, and took the time to explain everything about the car in detail. They are true Tesla enthusiasts and former Tesla employees, and their knowledge really shows. As first-time users of Tesla’s self-driving features, their guidance made us feel comfortable, confident, and able to enjoy the car to the fullest. One thing that really stood out was the thoughtful refreshments they provided for us. That small gesture made a big difference and immediately showed how much they care about their guests. I have never experienced that level of hospitality with any other rental before. It felt less like a regular car rental and more like a carefully prepared premium experience. Communication was excellent throughout the trip. They were friendly, responsive, and available anytime we had a question. The entire experience was stress-free from start to finish, and the car was perfect for enjoying Seattle and the surrounding areas. Amazing car, great price, and truly super helpful hosts. I would definitely rent from them again in the future and highly recommend this Tesla to anyone looking for the best Turo experience in Seattle. 5/5!

Nick was an amazing host from start to finish. The Porsche Macan was absolutely EPIC — powerful, sleek, clean, smooth, and every bit of the luxury experience I was hoping for. I originally rented it for work, but I enjoyed it so much that I extended the trip for pleasure, and my family loved every second of it too. Nick’s customer service was top-tier. He was accommodating with my last-minute changes, easy to communicate with, and made the entire rental process feel effortless. The vehicle definitely turns heads, but the overall experience with Nick is what really made it stand out. I’d absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a luxury ride with a professional, reliable host.

Prices were decent, especially for the size and year of the vehicle. Pick up and drop off were pretty simple and straightforward. Personally not the type of car I would go for, but due to my last sketchy host canceling on me hours before my trip because I covered my address in the license confirmation picture (which Turo allows you to do) that car was the greatest savior I have ever had! The host was awesome! He vacuumed and hosed the car down on the spot for me even though he was really busy. He even listened to me ranting about my trip lol and I appreciate that type of service. I'll definitely utilize them again if I ever get the chance.

Igor was fantastic, the car was a complete joy to drive and Igor has gone out of his was to add some nice touches, a cooler with drinks and ice when you pick up the vehicle, an umbrella, and a charging power cord. The car was well beyond clean and tidy, by far the best Turo I've ever rented. The price was reasonable and was able to extend my reservation a few times was supposed to have for 2-3 days ended up with 7-8. I would highly recommend this vehicle and this host 5 out 5 stars top notch.

Everything worked exactly as it should, and the vehicle was delivered in excellent condition. On top of that, the host provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Communication was prompt, professional, and helpful throughout the rental process. If you’re considering renting a Tesla Model Y with Full Self-Driving, don’t hesitate. Ali and company are the reason why Turo will always be a better choice to rent a vehicle than any big rental companies. Always being available for questions and checking in on me and my family to make sure we got everything we needed. Through out my whole trip I felt completely safe knowing that no matter what came up resources were already in place for me to reach out to if something came up. During the end my trip while doing my final checks I found out so many amenities and emergency items were stowed away out of sight just in case something would come up and would require them. 100% would recommend renting from Ali and will definitely do so myself in the future. Amazing experience from start to finish. They were incredibly friendly, responsive, and made the entire rental process super easy. The pricing was very affordable, especially considering the quality of the vehicle. The Escalade was spotless, luxurious, and perfect for our trip. My kids were entertained the entire time with the TVs in the back, which made a huge difference. Honestly zero complaints, 20 stars if I could give them that many. Highly recommend. I used to rent through Enterprise and after this experience I will never go back. The level of service, communication, cleanliness, and overall quality here was on a completely different level.
