We rented an Audi Q3 from Igor for 5 days. Just 10 minutes after picking up the car, the flat tire warning light came on. We didn’t worry about it because we had just left and foolishly assumed that if there had been a problem, Igor would have let us know. The next day we realized the tire was completely flat. We stopped at a mechanic, who pointed out cracks inside the wheel, some of which had already been patched, suggesting that the issue had been pre-existing and, most importantly, known to Igor. We put on the spare tire and decided to continue the trip with it, having to keep to a reduced speed limit, which slowed our journey down considerably. When we returned the car it was in perfect condition, except for the spare tire still mounted (we told Igor about this). Igor tried to file a damage claim, attaching photos of parts of the car where nothing could be seen. After explaining the situation to Turo, the claim was closed — however, we recommend being cautious with this host and above all taking photos of everything to avoid issues afterwards.

The WORST rental experience I have ever had. YOUR safety is NOT his priority.
The car was very, very clean and looked great inside, however, the maintenance of the vehicle was not good. The host admitted the car had not been driving the same since a wheel had been messed up on the trip prior to ours, but didn't bother to inform us! He knew and did nothing! The tires were improperly sized (too small) for the vehicle. The ride was obnoxiously rough. The car shimmied like crazy anytime over 45mph. The front tire made a loud rubbing noise when turning, the brakes were squealing, and the air conditioner fan was making a weird noise when on. Then he tried to blame a cracked rim on us and stated there was a "collision" because we did incur a scuff against a curb (going 2 mph) on one rim since the tires were too small and there was no rubber to protect the rim from anything! Would not suggest renting any vehicle from this host. He only cares about the looks of the vehicle, but isn't concerned with your safety or function of the vehicle.

Super helpful host and car was amazing. Provided a stand for cell phone and chargers, which was incredible. Would highly recommend!

Omg, really? Pull lever towards you - full beam temporarily on, push away from you - full beam stays on constantly. Youtube welcome, private message welcome, common sense welcome.
