Given a lot of other good reviews, I’m inclined to put this down to a one off. Communication was, at best, odd. We rented this car because of the location next to the station but they requested we change this location. Then when we stood firm on the location we wanted and booked, we were asked to pay for the parking charge for that. They then agreed to not charge us for this but just reimburse us. They are yet to reimburse us and did not leave us a parking ticket. So around 1130pm we had to find car parking staff to charge us and let us out. We were provided 2 separate numbers to contact if we needed help - neither answered. The car was fine, but had warning lights and a brake pedal that fell off. It also arrived without a full tank.
