How do I collect Avios on my rentals with Turo?
You can collect Avios when you book Turo rentals through the website https://www.turo.com/. Provide your valid Privilege Club membership number within the booking details.
Not a Privilege Club member? Click here to join.
Avios will be credited within approximately 30 days after the rental is completed. This means bookings that are unused, expired, cancelled or Members no-show will not earn Avios.
How many Avios do I get on my rentals with Turo?
You can earn Avios on your rental spends depending on your Privilege Club tier upon booking.
Burgundy tier: Earn 1 Avios per USD/GBP/EUR/AUD/CAD spent
Silver tier: Earn 2 Avios per USD/GBP/EUR/AUD/CAD spent
Gold tier: Earn 3 Avios per USD/GBP/EUR/AUD/CAD spent
Platinum tier: Earn 4 Avios per USD/GBP/EUR/AUD/CAD spent
Avios earn is based on your total gross booking value of the booking that has been completed inclusive of all taxes and fees, rounded to the nearest whole unit of the applicable booking currency
Who will earn the Avios for Turo rentals?
Only one (1) Privilege Club member can earn Avios on a Turo rental per booking. The Privilege Club member must match the name on the reservation.
How can I claim missing Avios from my rental?
Please contact us from https://help.turo.com/ in order to claim your missing Avios. Please supply your booking confirmation number, rental dates and name on the reservation.
You can claim your missing Avios up to 180 days from the completion of your rental.
