Karan was professional, flexible, courteous, thoughtful and accommodating. He adjusted his schedule to meet for pickup and drop off due to changes needed from heavy traffic. He communicated thoroughly and responded immediately with everything. Could not recommend more. A perfect host.
The car was exactly as described, spacious, clean, worked without difficulty in every way. It was perfectly clean upon pickup with a full tank of gas, in great condition and shape. Plenty of room for our family of six with two large suitcases and a stroller. Karan thoughtfully has it stocked with wipes, sanitizer, emergency items, and even snacks and drinks upon pickup! Highly highly recommend to anyone and would rent again!!
