Great car, but even better was the service/experience booking with Karan.
It was my first time using Turo, and was nervous about how it worked, but he was really proactive and answered anything I was thinking about (or should have thought of but hadn't yet!).

Karan’s service and approach far exceeded my expectations. It was a luxury service from end to end - great, clear communication, flexibility, decency etc. The car was great also, but for me the service is the reason I’ll use him again.
