Got rushed to hospital and needed an operation so was unable to deliver the car, however from the hospital bed I managed to get the keys picked up from the hospital and delivered to the host at my own cost very early (earlier than the pick up time) so there was no inconveniences but he still charged me extra fees. A taxi to the vehicle would have cost no more that £20-£30 only a 15 minute drive from the drop of location but I have been charged over £50, just to add I am also a host and have faced similar issues not once have I charged the customer/guest for something that is out of their control ie. Last minute emergency operation. Personally I will not be using your services again thank you 👍🏼
