This was my first time using Turo and I learned that Amex doesn’t cover damages like they do with the big rental companies. I wish I read the fine print and knew that ahead of time.

Stanislav was very good at communicating before collecting the car. Collection itself was very simple. The car was very clean inside and out.
The car drove well and was surprisingly spacious. With the roof box, we managed to get 7 adults in, each with a carry-on sized luggage. Nobody complained about leg room or luggage space, and the car handled very nicely.
Check out was easy as well.
