Car did the job but had some issues with the engine light coming on mid trip and the windscreen being quite mucky otherwise it did the job and was quite comfortable

The car itself was fine, however it was swapped on the day. This I didn’t mind as the swap was equivalent:
I paid separately for a drop off and pick up service. Drop off arrived on time but then had to spend 15 minutes waiting while driver fixed air pressure on tires. Later I had to spend another half an hour fixing the rest of them myself as it was not done properly.
Pick up was at 4pm, driver did not show up. We agreed to a new pick up time at 7pm as I was unavailable earlier. Then driver calls me saying he arrived at 6pm forcing me to leave guests at home.
Driver forgot to bring a pen, he had some documents I needed to sign and offered to drive me back home so we could get the pen. I did not feel comfortable doing this and offered to take the documents and sign at home.
The car itself was fine once tires got fixed, however the communication for pick up and drop off was poor.
