This was a fantastic ride. The car is well maintained, it was given squeaky clean. We always felt very safe driving it, as it has not very many miles at all. Pick up was easy but please note the car will not be delivered to the terminal but it's a bus ride away from Heathrow. Pick-up and drop-off directions were extremely easy. Car is very spacious, we were five adults with 3 pieces big luggage and 5 pieces of carry-on trollies.
