We had an engine failure on the motorway due to no coolant in the car unfortunately. I think there is a leakage... besides that the owner was responsive and promisses us the pay back the 3L of coolant we bought

I'm sorry the guest experienced a coolant leak, but I would like to clarify that there was no engine failure. The vehicle's system detected the coolant issue, and I advised the guest to top up the coolant and contact the AA if it persisted. They completed their journey without incident. I apologised, reimbursed their expense, and the leak has since been fully repaired.

Car was in good condition,but should consider its a 2016 model. 7 seater. Spacious. Mileage was good as well. Trip went well without issues. Good communication with the host. Will go with it again if in need of a 7 seater.
