Car broke down which can happen. Response
was terrible. Waited from 11am till 5pm and had to arrange for train tickets back
Sorry the car broke down, but calling my response “terrible” is completely false. I spent hours dealing with this situation and made well almost 20 phone calls with you, Turo Recovery, and the AA after Turo refused the long-distance tow. I even arranged another courtesy car through my own cover.
You chose to leave before the vehicle sent to collect you arrived, despite it turning up less than 10 minutes later. That was your choice, not a reflection of my response.
