Excellent communication, car was clean and easy to find and open etc etc. Car is a little on the older side and has all the markings of a well used but loved car. We had a good trip and would use again.

TO AVOID:
- not very clear instructions on where the car is parked and how to start the car
- the fuel tank is nearly empty
- message from the dashboard saying that the car needs to be repaired
- brakes not working very well on the highway. Not feeling safe!!
Every message from the host is saying: we will take care of this issue next time, but I am not sure they will, as comments made previously on this car are saying the car is not working well

✅ All vehicles are legally MOT-tested and maintained. Fuel is not included and must be returned at the same level collected.

🚨late return policies are clearly stated within the booking terms - charges will apply.

My host did his best to accommodate this trip and pick up went quite well however the car had some mechanical issues.
1. The brakes would shudder badly at higher speeds.
2. The heater was terrible and we were cold for a week until we figured out a setting that gave us some heat but still not good.
3. Due to the air conditioning problems fogging was also a major issue which needed constant attention to alleviate.
Other than that, car was great.👍
